What does "plant-based" mean?
The phrase plant-based can have different meanings for different people. But for us, it simply means we do not use any animal products in our menu. If you see something labeled "bacon" or "chicken" it will come from plant sources rather than the traditional animal sources.

Our menu is 100% vegan, but you do not need to be vegan to enjoy a great wood-fired pizza!

Gluten-free options?
Absolutely! Try swapping our classic crust to the gluten-free cauliflower thin crust and enjoy the following pizzas, apps & desserts:
- Margherita, Classic Cheese, Funghi, Sundried, and the Lando
- House Salad

Ask your server for a gluten free version of the following:

Soy-free options?
Yes! The following items are soy-free:
- Fried Mozzarella, Cheesecake, Mushroom Scampi with Linguine, Meatballs Arrabiata with Penne, Margherita, Pepperoni, Classic Cheese, Funghi, Sundried, & the Lando
Ask your server for a soy-free version of the following:

Nut-free options?
You got it! While our house-made almond mozzarella is our classic cheese pairing, we often swap to our nut free parmesan and feta. Please alert your server for severe allergies so they can wear fresh gloves and swap our cooking utensils. Items containing nuts are as follows:
ALMONDS
- house made mozzarella, almond slices on the Bacon & Brussels, almond flour is used in anything breaded, such as the fried mozzarella, the fritto misto, the fried mushroom sandwich, and the fried shrimp add-on.
PEANUTS
- our fryer uses peanut oil
PECANS
- our salted caramel gelato is topped pecans
CASHEWS
- our salted caramel gelato, cheesecake, and mushroom scampi are made using cashews. For the scampi we can swap to "earth balance butter" for a cashew free option. Please alert your server.
